Shipping
Within the Netherlands, orders over €150 are delivered free of charge! For orders under €150, the shipping costs are €8.95 due to insured shipping.
All packages from Blacklabels.nl are shipped with Post NL. As soon as the package has been shipped, you will receive the Track & Trace code by email. Upon delivery, the recipient must sign for receipt.
We ship all orders with a Track & Trace code and signature upon receipt. This is done via Post NL to the delivery address provided when ordering. Should we deviate from this for certain reasons, you will be notified.
It is possible to pick up your order at our store in The Hague. After placing and paying for your order, you can contact Blacklabels.nl by email or phone. Orders placed on weekdays will be ready for pick-up in the store on the same day. When collecting your order, please bring your invoice to the store. The invoice serves as proof of purchase. If the ordered items are not to your liking, they can also be exchanged or returned in the store. Financial settlements for returns/exchanges are handled through the webshop. Therefore, you will not receive a refund in the store; instead, the amount will be refunded by Blacklabels.nl to the account you used for payment.
Were you not home when the Post NL delivery person was at your door? Then you will find a card in your mailbox with a delivery code on it. Using this delivery code, your postcode and the type of parcel, you can choose a new delivery option here. It is also possible that the delivery person will drop off your parcel at a Post NL location nearby where you can pick up your parcel. Don't forget your ID!
Blacklabels.nl also ships internationally. Shipping costs for international customers are in accordance with Post NL's rates.
Black Labels has deliberately chosen to only offer home delivery with personal receipt or delivery to service points, to prevent your order from getting lost.
Returns
Returns are not free. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. You are, of course, also welcome to visit the store to exchange or return your order there.
At black, we will refund your money directly once we have received your return in good order. This process takes place via our payment system Mollie and may take several days. Experience shows that the amount will be back in your account within 2 working days.
Payments are refunded to the account/card with which you paid. If you paid with your credit card, the amount will be offset against your credit card payments.
Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
We aim to ship your order by the next business day at the latest. So, if everything goes smoothly with Post NL, you'll receive your order within 2 business days!
You will be kept informed about the shipment via email with a track & trace code.
Please ensure that the item to be returned still has the red uniquely numbered tag attached and, if possible, is in its original packaging.
Items will not be accepted:
- If they have been worn and/or washed.
- If they are damaged or if you have attempted to repair the damage yourself.
- If you have not followed the instructions for use.
- For items above €250, we use a green return ribbon/red label. This must still be intact and attached to the item.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days to return it. You can register your return via email: info@blackonline.nl.
